The following are minimum system requirements to successfully install and run AmigoPOS:

• Microsoft® Windows 10 (32- and 64- Bit)

• Microsoft® Windows 8.1 (32- and 64- Bit)*

• Microsoft® Windows 8 (32- and 64- Bit)*

• Microsoft® Windows 7 (32- and 64- Bit)

• Microsoft® Windows PosReady 7 (32- and 64- Bit)

*Windows RT is not supported

Hardware (click here to view recommended hardware)

• 1024 MB Ram (1GB Recommended)

• Intel i3 or equivalent

• Monitor capable of 1024x768px screen resolution or greater. AmigoPOS can run at lower screen resolutions, but the system font size may require adjustment. The demonstration database images and font settings are optimized for 1024x768px.

Network

• Users with more than one pos station or remote printers must ensure that the pos stations (and print servers, if applicable) are connected to a stable, reliable and secure network. Wired networks are preferred for best performance and reliability.
